Busy Girl's Detoxifying Chia Pudding
Hey there, love!
Since this is the busy girl's easy & delicious detoxifying raspberry chia pudding, I'm going to cut straight to the chase with this detoxifying recipe, then giving some details afterwards. Ready? Here we go!
For this recipe you’ll need:
1. Chia Seeds
2. Unsweetened almond Milk (or milk of choice)
3. Agave (or sweetener of choice)
4. Ripe Raspberries
5. Pumpkin Seeds
(*Optional lemon zest for topping)
In a mason jar or glass, measure ½ cup of ripe raspberries. You’ll want them to be ripe so that they’ll taste the best AND be easy to mash. Take a fork and mash the raspberries in the jar. Once you have a nice base of raspberries, measure in 5 Tbsp of chia seeds, 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk and 2 tsp. of agave (or maple) syrup, then stir well.
Set jar in the fridge overnight at least for 4-6 hours (I know you’re a busy girl but I hope you’re getting more than 4 hours of sleep!).
In the morning, take out your chia pudding and top with another ¼- ½ cup of raspberries and a handful of pumpkin seeds.
I also love a fresh little zing in my chia pudding breakfast so I top with a bit of freshly grated lemon zest.
That’s it, babe! You’re good to grab and go to fuel a productive morning while you take over the world. Maybe you snap a pic of that beauty before diving in and tagging me @cheersyears to show off that goodness. :)
- 5 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 cup raspberries

- 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
What makes this recipe detoxifying is that it’s PACKED with fiber from the chia seeds & raspberries. Having a high fiber diet is the key to keeping you full and your insides squeaky clean. Did you know that 1 cup of raspberries has more fiber than whole wheat bread or oatmeal combined? I used to always think of those ingredients as the kings of fiber but was surprised to learn that raspberries have even more! This is wonderful for those that are gluten-free or trying to lighten up their everyday diet. Also, the addition of pumpkin seeds also help cleanse your colon while bringing a punch of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to the party including Vitamin A, B, Potassium, Zinc, and Magnesium.
This is the busy girl’s recipe because even though I’m able to squeeze 5-ingredient meal prep on Sunday’s before my week, I’m still super busy with a full-time job, a side hustle, a blog, and all kinds of other things going on right now. I need all the help I can get making the day as efficient as possible so I rely on recipes like these that free up time while still eating as healthy as possible!
You could customize this to whatever berry or fruit you’re most fond of or have on-hand at the time. To keep this recipe detoxifying, I would choose a fruit that’s high in fiber, like blueberries!
